Shipping and Order Processing

When will you ship my order?

Orders placed before 3.PM (EST) Monday thru Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) ship the next business day.  If your order is received after 3:00 PM (EST) on Friday, it will ship out on our next business day, Monday.

Please note that UPS deliveries occur only on business days (Monday through Friday).  For example, an order placed with 2nd Day Air on Wednesday after 3:00 PM (EST) will ship on Thursday and arrive the following Monday.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

When your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent with tracking information that evening.  Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the confirmation email.

Through what carriers do you ship?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority mail, or UPS 2nd Day Air. Our free standard shipping is via USPS First Class.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

***Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipments via USPS First Class and Priority Mail can be sent to U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and Military APO / FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipments via UPS 2nd Day Air cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Please note that at this time, we do not allow international shipping – except U.S. Territories and Military APO / FPO addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed it cannot be changed on line. If your order has not been processed we can cancel your order. Please contact us ASAP [email protected] or 844-403-0278. We are available Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM EST.

Payment & BIlling

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.

It appears that my credit card was charged multiple times

We did not charge your card unless you received a shipping confirmation. If your credit card was declined, you may see a temporary authorization (or pending transaction) for each attempt. The temporary authorization will clear up within three to five business days and will never turn into a charge. You will receive an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order.

Why was my credit card declined?

Most credit cards are declined because the billing address entered does not match the address your bank has on file.


How do I return an order?

You can generate a return label by visiting our website and clicking on the “Free Returns” link. This link will direct you to step by step instructions. You will need your order number and the email address used when placing the order to generate the return label. Returns are only accepted with 30 Days of the purchase. If your order is after 30 days a return label will not print. If you run into any problem, please let us know and we can assist you.

Did you receive my return yet?

You will receive an email notification when we process your refund. All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 15 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
