HOW OUR FREE SHIPPING WORKS:

  • Most in-stock items will be delivered within 5-7 business days after receipt of purchase. Exceptions can be expected during federal holidays.
  • Once your product has shipped, you will receive an email to let you know. The email will include your custom order tracking number, so you can easily see the status of your delivery.
  • For shipments $500 and over, a signature will be required. Orders exceeding $1000 are shipped insured, and require a signature upon delivery as well.

FREE SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:

  • We ship anywhere within the United States, as well as U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and Military APO / FPO addresses.
  • Please note that at this time, we do not allow international shipping – except for locations mentioned above.

FREE RETURNS

Jewel Exclusive offers free returns so that you can shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with a jewelry item, you can simply return it within 30 days of purchase. Our easy self-service return process makes jewelry shopping convenient!

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Pack the unused products you wish to return in the original packing box. Please include any paperwork, tags, and accessories that came with the original package.
  • Please make sure that you have your order number and email address used for your order ready.
  • Click here to log-in using your order information. Once logged-in, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Print a Free Shipping Return Label.”
  • Affix the printed label to your package. Please be sure to remove all other labels from the exterior of the package.
  • Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your local postal carrier or dropping it off at your local post office or USPS mail drop point.
