If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewelry item in its original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund, subject to our refund guidelines listed below. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process.
Holiday Return Policy
Items shipped by between November 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016, may be returned until January 31, 2017, for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed below.
We do not offer exchanges. Our product availability changes daily and we cannot guarantee the availability of the product when we receive your return. If you would like another size or style, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order.
Self-Service Return Process
- Before clicking the link below, have your order number and email address handy.
- Click the link below and scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Print a free return shipping label."
- Pack new and unused jewelry items securely in the original item packaging, whenever possible including all paperwork, parts and accessories.
- Affix the pre-paid return label to the package, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or USPS mail drop point.

- All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
- All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 15 days.
- Refunds will be processed only to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original purchase.
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email notification when we process your refund. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 - 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
